I've been baking and cooking since I was little, watching my mother in the kitchen. I started baking independently after working as a pastry chef in La Jolla, San Francisco, and New York. Growing up in South Dakota, I embraced the concept of Farm to Fork, enjoying what was grown locally and canned and prepared daily by my mother. She inst
